Spastress hair is 100% virgin Human Hair therefore it can be bleached, rinsed, dyed all different shades and hues of blondes, browns, reds, even fruity colored tones such as purple, blue and pink (it is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that a licensed professional color it for you.
We maintain a very high level of quality assurance and our wefts are doubled stitched to minimize shedding little to none. Any hair bundle that has been manufactured to be stitched on a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding which is absolutely normal. After the second shampooing there should not be any shedding. Heat damage, over processing or lack of moisture and conditioner will cause shedding, so be sure to apply heat protectant before thermal use. Always let a licensed professional color your extensions and shampoo & condition once a week.
Sealing your wefts are optional, not mandatory. However if you cut your bundles, then we highly recommend sealing your wefts to avoid shedding.
With proper care, our lace closure units can last six months to a year and our frontal units can last four months plus. The hair bundles sewn to the frontal or lace closures can last up to 3 years with the best care. Proper care means minimum heat usage, regular wash, conditioning, deep conditioning, no rough handling, and minimum sleeping in the unit.
All of our units are made to match your exact head measurements, proving a perfectly secure fit for everyone. Our lace closure units are made on a breathable, fitted cap including ventilated caps. Our frontal units are made on a secure, adjustable cap with an elastic band added to hold the lace in place as well as a comb in the back. No glue is necessary for any of our units.

The kinky curls deep wave and other tight curly textures DOES revert back after you straighten it but the pattern will not be as tight. The body wave texture only has a slight wave pattern so after heat has been applied to it the hair will be trained to stay straight and the pattern WILL NOT come back. If you purchase these textures I suggest you wear them in its natural state first and then after you are tired of wearing it naturally Curly/wavy then apply heat for a different look.

Yes, we ship to all countries worldwide with verified tracking. We ship the package out of USPS, DHL or FedEx. We advise that you choose DHL Worldwide for fast and reliable shipping to your country. USPS can sometimes lose or take a long time to deliver to international first class mail. We do not advise to use First Class mail if you are in a rush, orders can sometimes get held up in customs. We cannot be held responsible for orders held in customs. USPS First Class/Free Shipping is the slowest and cheapest option. If you are in a rush, choose Priority Mail or DHL.

We automatically add Route shipping insurance on all orders. This item is a small percentage of your total order value, but it will assure that your shipment is covered. If a package is lost in transit, or stolen a claim can be filed with Route and they will replace the product. If Route was not purchase on the original order, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items as well as addresses that are incorrect. You will have to file a claim with the carrier. It is important you verify all information before placing your order. We suggest FedEx or DHL as the most trusted shipping carrier.
This form is an authorization of purchase from you (the customer) to Spad Tress. You must complete this entire form after purchase in order for us (Spad Tress) to process and ship your wig unit. We will record this document and can send you a copy at your discretion.
We do ship to any P.O boxes and APO/FPO address by Postal Office. But delivery time may be longer. So we encourage all deliveries to be made to a physical address if possible. We do not take responsibility if USPS or FEDEX delays or damages of your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control.
On average it takes 2-4 days to be delivered in the US and 1 to 2 weeks for international orders. orders are shipped Monday-Friday out of our warehouse in USA with verified tracking and partial insurance. Orders are processed within 24 hours or less. Note: Any fraudulent high risk orders will be held until our team investigates. Please make sure your billing and shipping information are 100% correct and match the card you wish to use. Express orders placed before 2:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day. No orders are shipped on weekends or US Holidays. All shipments include real-time tracking so that you always know where your shipment is at during all times.
Priority Mail will be delivered within 2-3 days. FedEx and DHL will arrive the next day or second day (depending on shipping option you choose).
Shipping rates for vary for each country. We also have expedited shipping for slightly higher rates. Choose based off your needs. Note free shipping is the slowest shipping option. It takes a few days for US and up to 1-2 weeks for international shipments.
If your package has been returned to sender please contact our customer service. If your package is received back to our warehouse without notice Glam Seamless will attempt to reship your order to the provided address. If the order is retuned to sender for a second time a refund will be issued.
Packages can be returned to sender for various reasons:

– Carrier cannot access address
– Too many failed delivery attempts
Please note that all packages require a signature. Orders over $100 will automatically have signature requirements and cannot be modified, so please plan accordingly.

No, you need familiarize yourself with the parts of the sewing machine and a basic undestanding of how to use the machine. We also have a video tutorial explaining the parts of the machine. The video will be emailed out after you register for the class.
