Orders over $150 will automatically have signature requirements and cannot be modified, so please plan accordingly. Orders placed before 2 pm ET generally ship the same day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day.

Processing Time
Orders ship within 3–7 business days, not including weekends or holidays.
Custom wigs and handmade units may require 7–15 business days.
SPADTRESS HAIR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to federal health and hygiene regulations, ALL hair extensions, wigs, closures, frontals, and custom wig orders are FINAL SALE. For the safety of all clients, once hair leaves our studio or is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged, even if it has not been worn. This policy protects customers from purchasing hair that may have been exposed to:
- scalp contact
- lice or bacteria
- hair products, scents, or environmental contamination

Spad Tress does not accept returns or exchanges on any hair products, including:
Bundles
- Wigs
- Closures and frontals
- Custom wigs
- Clip-ins, tape-ins, K-tips, I-tips
- Raw & virgin hair
Once hair leaves our facility, it may be exposed to contaminants such as scalp oils, lice, fragrances, bacteria, or environmental elements. For the protection of all customers, we cannot restock or resell returned hair under any circumstances.
Therefore, all hair purchases are FINAL SALE.
WRONG ITEM / DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY
If you believe you received the incorrect item or a defective product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- A clear photo of the product
- A photo of the packaging
- Proof that the product is unopened, uninstalled, uncut, and in original ties, netting, and packaging
Items that are:
opened
untied
brushed
installed
washed
cut
or altered in any way
will NOT qualify for exchange.
CUSTOM WIG POLICY
All custom wigs are made specifically to each client’s selections.
Because of this, they are:
Non-refundable
Non-exchangeable
Non-cancellable
By placing a custom wig order, the customer agrees they have reviewed and approved:
- Cap size
- Lace type
- Length
- Texture
- Density
- Parting preference
- Style
No exceptions will be made.
REFUND POLICY
Spad Tress does not issue refunds on:
- Hair products
- Custom wigs
- Digital products
- Services or booking fees
- Deposits
- No-show or late-cancel fees
All sales are final.
Chargebacks
By placing an order, the customer agrees that:
- they have reviewed all product descriptions,
- selected the correct length, texture, and origin,
- and understand that all purchases are final sale due to hygiene regulations.
Spad Tress reserves the right to dispute any chargebacks arising from failure to read or comply with this policy. All chargebacks will be disputed with proof of order, delivery and policies accepted at checkout.
