cleansing and shampoo steps
Check the clips and combs to make sure no hair is caught in them and comb/brush back. Detangle your unit while holding the wig from the scalp against your hand.
Fill a bowl with lukewarm water and stir in a small amount of a professional moisturizing shampoo into the water and mix well. Dip your wig in the soapy water a few times. Gently squeeze excess water from the wig. Do not brush the wig during the shampooing process. Drain and refill with clean cool water for rinsing. Dip your unit in and out while gently squeezing excess water from wig after each dip.
Repeat dip process 4 to 5 times till there is no more shampoo in the hair. Drain and refill your bowl with clean lukewarm water. Stir in a small amount of professional moisture conditioner into the water and mix well. Dip your wig into the mixture until completely wet. You may brush it through. Start from the bottom, making your way up to the crown. You may also add water and a deep conditioner into a spray bottle and spray it on your hair. Leave it in for 10 mins. Then follow the rinse steps/method below.
To rinse your unit, empty the bowl and refill it with clean cool water. Dip your unit in and out while gently squeezing excess water from your unit after each dip. Repeat the dip process 4 to 5 times.
To dry your hair, wrap your unit in a towel, like a sushi roll, and squeeze the excess water out. Please do not twist the unit, just allow the towel to absorb the water from the unit.! Brush hair from the hairline, away from combs and clips.
Secure your unit on a mannequin and brush your unit from the bottom working your way up. Part hair where desired; brush hair away from face or according to your liking. Allow the unit to air dry completely before styling.
